Plastic Chairs & Spacers, compliant with AS/NZS 2425:2015
This is the relevant standard for durability testing and we source chairs and spacers that passes the test before it is exported and used in concrete construction such as concrete precast industry.
Quality control is an import aspect for a consistent quality and most importantly, safety reasons. We don't want to cause reworking and adding to the manufacturing costs for the final users. The costs would have a multiply factor if the faulty goods passed the testing.
We can produce:
On-site testing certificate for each batch of the material
CNAS Lab tested certificate if customers want to request it and are willing to reimburse the fees
For customised product:
We have injection moulding machines to make customised products if the order quantity is above certain threshold and the moulding fees can even be waived as a result.
